Depression Therapy : Virtual or In-person Support for Feeling Stuck, Numb, or Overwhelmed
Understanding Depression
Depression is more than sadness. It’s a whole-body experience that can feel like heaviness, numbness, exhaustion, or disconnection from the world around you. Depression often shows up when life feels unmanageable, when past experiences haven’t been fully processed, or when you’ve spent years carrying more than your system can hold.
Depression is not a personal failure or a lack of effort. It’s a signal: your mind and body letting you know that something needs care, attention, and support. Therapy helps you access support, rebuild connection, and understand what your depression is trying to communicate.
