NY Therapist,

Nichole Gabriel

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have completed extensive clinical training. I provide individual therapy to adults and teens in the New York area navigating a wide range of challenges. I have worked closely with adolescents in the foster care system, and received training in crisis counseling to those in acute distress. I also have specialized experience supporting teens in school settings, including work with diverse populations facing complex emotional and relational difficulties. Across these settings, I’ve been guided by the belief that each person’s story is shaped by their relationships, history, and environment and that meaningful, lasting change begins with a safe and attuned therapeutic connection.

Before entering the counseling field, Nichole spent over a decade as an entrepreneur and leader in educational technology, where she focused on expanding access to quality learning opportunities for children. Her work was rooted in a deep commitment to equity and community-based advocacy. This foundation continues to inform her therapeutic work, where she brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the complexities of each person’s story.
